Change the World

Looking for a great way to volunteer to help the hungry in our area? Mt. Clinton UMC is taking part in the United Methodist Church's "Change the World" weekend on May 14 from 9am to noon. We will be traveling to a volunteer farm in Woodstock to aid in farmwork for the day! This farm has provided 204 tons of food to local food banks.

The global Change the World event was created as part of The United Methodist Church’s Rethink Church campaign, which seeks to utilize outreach events that embrace the concept of outward-bound church to make a positive difference in the world beyond the church doors. Last year, 100,000 people participated in this exciting event.

We have to let the farm know in advance how many people we will be bringing, so if you would like to attend, please RSVP to Kristin Ball or Sam Gangwer as soon as possible. Please invite your friends and family. More people = more change!
